Stayed here as a young, unaccompanied person during my first international move. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming and really helped my transition. They went above and beyond what is normally expected of lodging. Everything you need is provided - linens, towels, cooking/kitchen utensils, everything. I cannot recommend a better place to stay!

Stayed here with my husband in October-November 2019. This is an excellent location and we would have stayed much longer if my husband was stationed here, but we had to move closer to Hohenfels [Eric, we are in a house in Laaber]. The convenience of a washer / dryer is not a small thing, so that was very helpful. Eric makes all the paperwork easy for your stay, and to receive reimbursement. Easy walk to post, restaurants, grocery shopping, and that awesome bakery (Cafe Bauer). Nice balcony in some units, great kitchen setup, and all the necessary equipment and dishes. Thank you Eric.

Can’t say enough about this place. We stayed 3 months there with a family of five and it made for a much smoother transition. The location is convenient to restaurants and the base. Apts are well equipped, always new families here with kids for our children to play with in the back, and Eric was always so accommodating! He goes above and beyond, even fixing the tire on one of my girls’ bike when the tire went flat. We truly enjoyed our time there and made some new friends in the process.

My husband and I arrived at Grafenwohr almost a month ago and from the very first day Eric and Melissa made us feel at home. We needed lodging last minute and they were able to accommodate us. We were nervous about staying at an off base hotel, but we could not have asked for a better place to stay while waiting for housing. We had a washer, refrigerator, stove as well as free wifi among other amenities in our cozy apartment. Amongst the great lodging, there was also great customer service and hospitality. They gave great advice on restaurants and wonderful places to visit. Truly a blessing for new comers in a new place.

This is the best place to stay during a PCS. Eric and Melissa are great and very accommodating to their tenants needs. Corinna is also very kind. The apartments are spacious, clean, and nicely furnished. The beds are super comfortable. Perks about the apartments is that you have access to American TV channels, Netflix, free wifi, free calls to the U.S., and washing machine/dryer. The area is conveniently located near the Grafenwoehr walk-in gate, several nice restaurants, an ice cream parlor and Nahkauf (grocery store).

I would definitely recommend Cozy Corners to all those arriving to or departing Germany. You won't be disappointed!

My wife and I have stayed here for almost a month now and it has been quite literally a life saver. Eric the owner has been very helpful and outgoing in regards to anything we need, even offering to pick us up for check in.

The unit itself was perfectly appointed with brand-new stainless steel appliances to include a convection oven, microwave, induction 4-burner stove, built in refrigerator, washer and dryer. The unit has heated floors throughout as well as spacious balconies with a view of the on-site park. The bathroom offers a separate shower and tub with plenty of storage throughout. Brand new very large LED TV with backlighting and in-built web-apps such as netlflix,

The cable offers all AFN (English Speaking Channels) to include the Sports Channels, the internet is extremely fast with a separate router and password for each unit ensuring the maximum speed is delivered to each unit. There is ample storage space throughout the apartment as well as extra room for luggage and the like.

Cozy Corners has been a godsend and would highly recommend it to say the least.

If you are PCSing in, out or have an extended stay in Grafenwöhr, then Cozy Corners is the place to stay! Eric, Melissa and Ramona go above and beyond to make your stay a comfortable one. The apartments come fully furnished with modern accommodations to fit all your needs. The location is within walking distance to everything you need. Will recommend Cozy Corners to anyone and everyone headed this way!

I would highly encourage you and your family to stay here. Eric and his wife Melissa are most helpful and completely willing to accommodate your needs.

Prior to arrival, Eric was 10 times more helpful than my sponsor, from how to coordinate my family’s arrival during my inprocessing on day zero, to coordinating our pet’s arrival.

The apartments are located about a 4 minutes walk (without family) from the gate and about a 20 minute walk (max) to all of the inprocessing points you’ll go to. They are also located in the heart of Grafenwoehr’s restaurants and grocery stores! We loved how close by everything was and were not dependent on a car at all; refreshing.

Eric has a GREAT yard with a private playground for the kids that you can see from your porch or balcony. Kids can play outside with all the other guests’ kids and you can enjoy some beer or wine on the porch! The kitchen has everything you need. We were given complimentary coffee, sugar, filters, soap, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponges, paper products... note: common sense it’s not endless (coffee is one time gift) and so don’t be wasteful.

Beds are way comfortable. Free WiFi, free calls to US are invaluable as I had to call USAA and a lot of other businesses that would have otherwise not happened with a cellphone. Lots of space and a very modern look.

Will try to stay here in our way out, hope Army lodging will be full.
