New ownership with just as great tasting food!! More food items added to the menu. Had their Cobb Salad which was delicious!! Flavors were great for a healthy salad.
Glad we haven't lost another place with healthy options and don't have to pay with a leg or an arm. Owner is very lovely and she has a great team!
Definitely my new go to place for healthy food in Glenwood.

I recently found this new healthy bistro in Glenwood Springs, and it feels like a hidden gem. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, perfect for those who want something fresh and unique. This is a cool, new bistro in Glenwood Springs, and I was really impressed by their great vegetarian options. We were passing through Glenwood and were looking for healthy food options when we spotted this bistro. Decided to give it a try and have no regrets! My sister and her friend got the açaí bowl and I got the Egg Salad sandwich. Everything was phenomenal!! They were not stingy with their toppings on the açaí bowls and I like that you can choose what you would like in them.
The sandwich was amazing, crisp bread with fresh egg salad and not just a thin spread of it but a good amount of salad! I will definitely be coming back!
The atmosphere is nice, very clean inside as well and the staff were pleasant. I love the seating inside in front of the window but also love that they have tables outside.

Delicious food and great customer service! Visited for lunch, was quick with our order and has many drinks and snack options. It's nice to have something different to choose from in Glenwood Springs. Caprese sandwich 10/10!!

The staff are great & warm, but I did feel the avocado toast in particular was a bit of a ripoff for what you get (and bland as well). I enjoyed my turkey club & would try this spot again.

The atmosphere is great, and the service is equally great! The cashier was very sweet and very helpful, the food was fantastic, everything was delicious and fresh and it's definitely my new favorite lunch spot! I'll definitely be recommending this place to all my friends and family!

This place just opened up so they are still working on decor, but the food is fantastic! We got an açaí bowl, chia bowl, almond butter toast, avocado toast and apple pie smoothie. All were amazing and the apple pie smoothie was so unique and absolutely delicious that I plan on figuring out how to make it at home!
