I'm so glad to have found this hidden gem! Jumpa Lao offers superb authentic Thai and Lao cuisine, with the same flavors and ingredients I've enjoyed in Thailand and Laos. The portions were generous, and the prices were incredibly reasonable for the quality of ingredients.

Our seafood Po-Tak hotpot was a masterpiece, filled with large mussels, prawns, cuttlefish, and a flavorful broth packed with spices and herbs. The big tray papaya salad, served with rice noodles and an array of sides like boiled eggs, Lao sausage, and fermented cabbage, was simply outstanding. The crispy pork belly and its dipping sauce were equally delicious.

The overall dining experience was wonderful, with a relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff. It's a great option for families, and while they don't serve alcohol, you're welcome to bring your own drinks. The staff even suggested a nearby store where we could easily purchase beer or other beverages.

If you're looking for authentic Thai and Lao cuisine in a decent atmosphere in Las Vegas, Jumpa Lao is a must-visit. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a delicious and memorable dining experience.

"I discovered this hidden gem on Google Maps while searching for something new to try. The exterior may be unassuming, but you'll be pleasantly surprised by the lovely ambiance inside. The staff are attentive and welcoming.

There's a great selection of Laotian and Thai cuisines, along with a chef's special menu. We particularly enjoyed the steamed spicy catfish and the delicious mango sticky rice for dessert. Highly recommend!"

I came here since Scottsdale. AZ has absolutely 0 choices when it comes to Lao cuisine. And I personally haven’t had it since I was a kid in WA state and even then it was home cook meal. So when I saw this restaurant, I figure this might be one of the last opportunities to try Lao food.

Upon entering you will notice that it is very clean and nicely decorated. I just went with the staff recommendations and the food was out of this world. The real winner was the Lao Noodle soup. It was hearty and fllavorful. Also the garlic fried ribs were excellent!!! I highly recommend this establishment if you ever want to try Lao cuisine.

Great place for Lao/thai good. The papaya salad was fire....literally lol we ordered it with level 1 spice and it was still too spicy for most of us. Our Lao friend treated us for her birthday so she knew what to order. Would definitely try again. Vegan choices. Free parking. IG backdrop for lots of pics.

Despite all the hype surrounding this restaurant, it didn’t live up to my expectations. The raw larb dish was bland and flavorless, the famous blue crab papaya salad was overwhelmingly salty, and the hot and chili fish was far too sweet. Honestly, it seems like people haven’t experienced truly good food before. I’m incredibly disappointed, especially after spending over $300.
