Went here today for the first time and it was great. Our server was so accommodating. I had the Steak, with Mash Potatoes and Truffle Mac and cheese. It was worth the money I spent. The steak was well seasoned and the truffle Mac was really flavorful.

Kaluz in Plantation is an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, we were treated to an exceptional dining experience.

The service was impeccable – attentive, professional, and truly high-class. Our reservation was honored promptly, and we were seated in an elegant setting that exuded sophistication.

To start, we savored the tuna tartare, which was exquisitely prepared and bursting with fresh flavors.

For our main courses, we indulged in the Chilean sea bass, a dish that was cooked to perfection and melted in our mouths. The crab cakes were equally impressive, boasting generous portions of succulent crabmeat and I was allowed to sub the asparagus for a generous portion of yummy mashed potatoes.

And let's not forget dessert! The salted caramel brownie was a decadent treat that satisfied our sweet cravings.

The Fig Old Fashioned cocktail I ordered was expertly crafted and a delight to sip.

Kaluz is a must-visit for anyone seeking a refined dining experience with exceptional food, service, and ambiance. It's a true culinary haven that's sure to impress.

This was my first time at this restaurant. The young gentleman in valet was very helpful and polite. As I entered the restaurant, I was immediately greeted. My server Mia offered great customer service, good product knowledge of the menu and items not on the menu as well.

I had the spinach and artichoke appetizer and the amazing Kaluz Danish ribs, loaded potato with the truffle mac and cheese. Oh so good! I loved that the food is made from scratch and the open kitchen concept.

I had a great experience for my first time, wonderful vibe and I will be back.

Excellent service , we went on a Friday after work we went on the wait-list for 45 mins no stress had a glass of wine by the bar , not sure if it was 45 minutes because I was just chilling. We got seated and the server came promptly to our table . The manager I think is Janine she stopped by our table , a very nice lady. The food was amazing! Good prices and good portions . I'm definitely going back in 2 days for my birthday

Born and raised in Plantation. I’ve dined in at this Kaluz several times and each time I go, it gets better. Came here tonight with my sister and everything was amazing. Daniel/Danny is an excellent, easy going and attentive waiter. I’ve never eaten out at any establishment where the food has come out in such a timely manner. The food was tasty as always and the ambiance is always great!!

What's up Googler's it's you're favorite YouTuber fort Lauderdale local reviewer, Unfortunately I didn't have the time to sit down and eat but I still wanted to eat a good lunch so I ordered a steak to go with mashed potatoes, it was very delicious. I could tell this was a very nice restaurant inside and out. I know people that try to thrive to have successful restaurants like this. Chefs were in uniforms. Managers on the floor. Hostess very fairly welcoming. And service very sharp. Like I said I didn't get a chance to sit down and eat but I could tell that I really would have enjoyed my time eating there off of my experience. If you're enjoying my review you know what to do.

I recently had my birthday dinner at Kaluz and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The ambiance was perfect for the occasion, and the food was excellent—the salmon was one of the best I’ve had, and everything was quite filling. The spinach dip is a personal favorite of mine; you can't go wrong with it, and I highly recommend trying it. The service was okay, but I had a pleasant evening and will definitely return.

Have you ever been to a place and enjoyed yourself so much that you start planning your next return before you even leave the table? Yep, that’s how this place was for me. Honestly so breathtaking. First time at this location and was not disappointed whatsoever. Ambiance and the set up was nice, service was great, food was delicious and the drinks were good. 10/10 recommend
