Community: Unfortunately, this community is lacking in amenities and places to gather or safe space for kids to play. There is one small playground that isn’t friendly for younger children (who are the ones interested in playgrounds) or well-cared for. Before phase 2 there was at least open grass for the kids to run around but now the playground is closed off (with a fence for safety) and smooshed between houses with hardly any open playable area and always has ant hills. It would be a much more communal place if there were a pool / clubhouse and maybe a dog area like in other local neighborhoods. Improvements could be made to address bugs (mosquitoes, midges)/ants that impact walking paths and overall bug-iness. Luckily the neighbors and families are wonderful. Homes: The layouts of the floor plans are open and functional with plenty of space, storage, and high ceilings. The workmanship was satisfactory; we had several issues to address after moving in and most were resolved. One big issue we found for multi-car households is that the driveways and garages are entirely too narrow to fit more than one car and be able to comfortably get in and out with children/car seats or if you have anything along the side wall of the garage. Several homes have had to pay to widen the driveways.

We have been trying to find a best place for our first own home and drove through Cadence Park to enquire their homes and availability. Sabrina, the sales consultant has been very professional and highly responsive. She was very patient enough and attentive to all my questions and clarified everything in detail picture. I was given a clear understanding of the options available with in the budget range and etc., I hope to buy home in here and definitely recommend MI homes.

Our family met with Rebecca at Cadence Park. We enjoyed seeing the opportunities with multiple options to build from. Rebecca was knowledgeable and responsive to our emails and texts. She even stayed after closing hours to answer all our questions. We're anxiously waiting to see if we get to build our forever home in this amazing development. Lucky #14 on the list! ?
