Enjoyed my visit here! The Florentine omelet and grits I got were absolutely delicious. I also tried their iced coffee. It wasn’t the best, but was still tasty considering it is not a coffee shop. Our waitress was very kind and patient with our group. We asked many questions and she was quick to answer or find answers. Very pleased with my visit here! I wish I had a bucket of the grits to take home.

Found this place while driving around Sunday morning, and it did not disappoint. P'cola Bistro had the feeling of a Family Restaurant; great service, food and portions! The best was the Shrimp and Grits, so flavorful and the bowl was so big that you could share one for the table. Will definitely be going back to the Grits.

Pcola bistro is one of the best restaurants in pensacola. The food is amazing and such big portions! You will love both the bruch and dinner menu. They put so much care into the taste and presentation. The bartender is pretty awesome too!! You will definitely bring home leftovers. The owners are the nicest people ever and always there to help! 100% recommend!

BEST egg I've EVER had! Bishoy and Imgaed definitely know how to cook!
Ashley was very warm and took my complex, custom order just fine. I got the brunch experience to finish out my vacation on a high note.
I'm not a huge breakfast food person, but they may have changed my mind. Highly recommend.

It's just a nice little spot to eat. The staff was nice and not overbearing. Military discount to top it off. The food was, in my opinion, a great value for what it was. I'll be back again soon.

1-14-24 11:10am - Our first time hear. Plenty of easy parking spaces.

I came because of two things; they do eggs Benedict (two of which sounds great) and they have a French onion burger that looked good and from advertised preparation sounded good.

I was happy to be told they serve the whole menu open to close. Very clean inside a more seating than expected. Our server DonnaM was quick and informative (all while training another server).

My wife ordered an ice coffee and water for me. After reviewing the nicely organized menu; she asked for a waffle and hash browns while I ordered the French onion burger medium with onion rings. People dining were about 40-50 total with plenty of open tables. There is a separate bar area from the dining room that seats about 25 I’d guess.

Shortly the food arrived (see pics). My wife was happy with the waffle and hash browns (they are like potato cakes from Arby’s breakfast menu years ago).

My burger was 1/2-lbs near medium done. Cheese melted nicely and some French onions on top of the cheese. Bun was pressed grilled. Onion rings were numbered about 10 alongside a pickle wedge. Cole slaw was excellent and fresh with pineapples (only complaint was serving size of the slaw was in a condiment dipping sauce cup. Also included was a cup of onion soup without a spoon so, I assume it was for pouring or dipping the burger in (burger had to be cut in half to dunk in the cup). I’d put the soup in a couple of the condiments cups and give a bigger portion of slaw in the soup cup… just me. Taste: if the burger was marinated in onion soup it lack the juices or moistness however, once dipped in the soup it add a better flavor that I had expected from advertising. Onion rings were good nothing unique but good nonetheless.
Over all I’d rate the whole dining experience 8 out of 10. I will go back to sample the Benedict’s.
Open 8am to 3pm on Sunday days check listing for other times.

I had an Espresso Martini and the South of the Border Omelette, my partner had the Ranchero Eggs Benedict! The people we were with got pancakes! The food was amazing. The omelette was huge, the Benedict was loaded, and the pancakes were fantastic! Service was great, coffee was delicious, and the ambience was wonderful. We were checked on often but not enough for it to be annoying, and I never felt rushed or pushed in a certain direction. Will definitely be back!
