Order came quick, great menu selection, food was flavorful but not over seasoned which you don't get much anymore. Staff was very sweet and attentive. Price was very reasonable. Beautiful decor and atmosphere.

I would like to thank my server Michelle she was excellent. The cook however should learn to listen to the server as to how the eggs should be cooked I had to send my eggs back in the meantime my state got cold I usually walk out when this happens because I don't like eating cold food and I don't like to repeat myself put Michelle was so nice to me that I stayed. Also when you're serving water it should be filtered not tap water. Other than that the food was excellent and thank you again

Great drinks! Like the Mimosa Flight and Lattes…Best Brussels in town when comparing to higher level restaurants, such as, Pearl & Horn. Everything is great that we’ve had!!!

The food and drinks were some of the best I’ve ever had. We ordered the smoked salmon dip, Polonza Benedict, steak and eggs, a blueberry walnut latte, and a matcha strawberry latte. When I say some of the best I’ve ever had - I’m not exaggerating! The service seemed young and frantic, (maybe they were new) except for the lady who I’m sure is the owner and/or manager. She was excellent. Her service was quick and tidy, and she was friendly and inviting. Overall the experience was everything I wanted.

I’ve always wanted to go here. I’m so glad I finally went! The staff were super friendly and everything in the menu sounded good. I got the steak and eggs. I’m pregnant so I had to get my steak well done but it wasn’t even chewy! It cut like butter and still melted in your mouth. My husband got the creole Benedict which he thoroughly enjoyed. I’m already planning on going back and thinking about which friends and family would like it too. The inside was super cute and atmosphere was really nice. I like being there.

I stopped here for breakfast last week and was treated to a great dining experience with good quality food and a good staff. The barista is able to make modern and classic espresso drinks and he gave a great suggestion regarding what to order. The food was simple and elegant, there's a magic to using fresh ingredients. I came early so I'm not sure how busy it gets, but the atmosphere was calm and relaxing when I was there. I definitely recommend this place to grab a quick bite!

If you want to have a hearty southern-style lunch, you should definitely go to Polonza Bistro. Their food is homemade, with a lot of smoked meats and fresh vegetables. I tried the Chicken Salad and the Polonza Burger, and they were both amazing. The Chicken Salad had various veggies, nuts, and a special dressing. The Polonza Burger had a thick beef patty, cheese, and a homemade sauce. The service was attentive, the restaurant was clean, and there were a lot of interesting decorations.

Wanted to have breakfast here. Tried to get a table. There were 3 open tables. They said we could not sit at them as there were only two of us and they were big tables. Tables each hat 4 seats. The hostess insisted there were two seats at the bar that we should take, but one of them was actually taken. Very disappointed. Menu looked good, atmosphere was chill, staff was disinterested and rude.
