Don't bother calling the store if you need help, the DMV gave me a list of available self service kiosks in the surrounding area and this location was the closest to me. I called to see if the kiosk was available/had its own set of hours and after the 10th call I gave up. For 9/10 calls someone would answer half way through, but only did so to take the phone off the line for a couple seconds and set it back down so the phone could keep ringing.

I have always had great experiences ordering cakes at this location up until Oct. and Nov. 2024. I paid for fresh fruit filling and not even half a banana or 3 strawberries were used for the filling. All I got was whip cream with a couple tiny pieces. The frosting consistency was also not the same, it was too soft. As I was cutting the slices the cake was practically falling apart although I had kept it refrigerated. For the same reasons I stopped buying cakes at the Union location & now I’ll have to find another place to purchase cakes. Wasted money on 3 cakes definitely did it for me.

Hire people with experience when experience is needed for the position that needs to be filled.Actually listen to the customers concerns instead of just sending them to a website and ignoring the problems that your employees cause. That is how businesses end up losing customers no matter how big or small they are.

Always have what I need and the only place that carries my must-have, battered french fries in the frozen section.
Lines can get hectic, but at least it's not like Wally World, where there are only 2, maybe 3 cashiers with a twice as large store.
