Our server Vanessa was incredible! Very friendly, quick service, and she was knowledgeable about the whole menu. I appreciated her taking the time to answer all my questions while also not making me feel rushed. She gave us a lot of good recommendations which we took all of and loved everything. We sat at the bar and I got the Ava Maria 5 set of handrolls. We will definitely be back in the future.

I had an amazing experience at the restaurant. The food was exceptional, especially the fresh fish. What really impressed me was that I was able to bring my one-year-old with me and she was accommodated at the bar. It was so convenient for us. Additionally, the sushi chef went out of his way to make a special hand roll just for her. It made the experience even more memorable and enjoyable.

Excellent food. Def recommend for a good hand roll spot! I would give a suggestion to service and just say, less is more. We felt a bit rushed despite the fact that it was just us to us in the entire restaurant… I believe that the service was just trying to make sure that we have everything we needed which on multiple occasions we have said that we did. So it just ended up coming off as if they were rushing us out of there. Nonetheless I would return for more great hand rolls

Where to start.
The ambiance. The service. The experience. The FOOD.
Sushi Saint is an absolute must try.
Karina took excellent care of us.
She was extremely knowledgeable of each ingredient and pairing.
Her bubbly personality also made us feel so laid back.
We also had the pleasure of sitting with Chef Max at the Temaki Bar. He was so kind to answered any and all questions we had. You could taste the passion he has for his profession in each hand roll he delicately curated. Not to mention, these were some of the best hand rolls I’ve ever had.
We will be back!

We were celebrating a friends birthday and had an absolutely amazing time. The atmosphere was beautiful and the vibe was chill. We selected the private 12 course omakase experience and were glad we did.

We had Chef Ryan take care of us who is beyond talented. Everything he hand crafted was made with love, skill, and impeccable detail.

We also had the pleasure of having Tyson take care of us as well. He did a great job offering paired beverages and sake recommendations.

This place is a must go see here in Orlando!

Did the dining days special last night & it was great! They were a little short staffed & kept apologizing - honestly nothing took super long to come out. All the food was delicious & drinks as well. Would definitely come back!

Karina and the team were absolutely wonderful and attentive. Chef Ryan was serving banger after banger — my girlfriend and I had the Holy Grail set. We will 100% be coming back to try the other rolls that we did not get to try! We are beyond satisfied and full of yummy food and drinks.
