The food was fine, but the interior badly needs to be cleaned and also in need of new furniture. All the chairs and tables are rocky with all kinds of scratches. They must be short of a custodian. Trash everywhere, on the floor, trash cans overflowing and they were even just about out of mild and hot sauce.

I ordered 3 original crunchy tacos and a Crunch wrap from the drive thru. The word crunchy is in the name but it was soggy, broken and mostly empty. I went back online and asked for them to be remade. I was given an attitude instead. After about 3 minutes of arguing I left the food on the counter and left.

We just had such a lovely experience where the staff went out of their way to give our toddler a sweet treat (with our permission of course) and even though there was an item missing off our order when food was brought out, they were quick to remedy it. The staff was polite and had positive attitudes. The dining room was clean and the music was also great. Food was the classic food we know and love but truly the service made it such an enjoyable experience.

Typical Taco Bell experience. Used drive through. Everything was correct, warm, and quality was consistent. Not saying anything bad about the location..

Have you tried eating a hard taco in the car while driving? I had an order of beef and cheese nachos in my lap by the time I was halfway done.

Rude employee and extremely understaffed. I placed a pick up order through DoorDash, dine-in was closed, and I had to go through the drive-thru for pick up which is no problem at all.

However, the line was extremely long, so I called to ask if I could pull up to the window to pick up my order that was placed an hour ago and already paid for.

An employee picks up the phone, I explain that I am only here to pick up an order, and he says “There’s only 2 of us here”. Assuming he did not hear me clearly, I reiterate and he hangs up the phone as I am mid-sentence.

Customers stepped out of their cars because they were trapped in line for so long and could not leave. One customer in particular shared that they were stuck at the Taco Bell drive-thru for an hour and a half.

As someone who has worked a customer service job, I understand the stress that comes with it. But this was unacceptable and extremely unprofessional.
